- All employee have 8 volunteer time off hours per year to use as they choose.
- Remerable Energy Corps- Each year we send an handfull of employees to Mexico or Nicaragua foe a week to install solar panels in rural areas and orphanages
- IGS will match charitable donations up to $250 per year
- Host an annual volunteer career fair at our Headquarters
