At our corporate offices (AKA "Red Roof") in Wawa, PA, our main function is to support our stores in our journey to Boundless Convenience™. Our positions range from marketing, technology, finance, product development, human resources, supply chain, operations, and more. Our corporate culture balances our commitment to our core values and innovation with a fun, casual work environment. 

Our Wawa Beverage Company (WBC), also located in Wawa, PA, continues the tradition supplying fresh, safe & quality products manufactured in clean facilities. Roles at WBC typically include: CDL Driver, Plant Mechanic, Building and Grounds HVAC, Diesel Mechanic, Operator/Receiver and Loader/Checker.

While we are well-known for our delicious hoagies and freshly-brewed coffee, we're best known for our people. Employee Stock Ownership Plan

At Wawa, we offer you the chance to take stock in your future – literally! With our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), associates can benefit from the positive impact they have on our growth. As of today, approximately 13,000 Wawa associates participate in our ESOP and collectively have more than a 40% ownership stake in the company.

To ensure our commitment to DE&I is embedded in everything we do, Wawa has established a comprehensive DE&I framework. The framework is designed to support programs and initiatives across the entire organization and in every area of opportunity. It provides a structure and common language to describe Wawa’s holistic and comprehensive approach to our ongoing efforts in the areas of Workforce, Workplace, Marketplace and Community. The framework encompasses goals and initiatives including recruiting diverse talent, inclusive conversations, training, community partnership and supplier relationships to name a few.

Our Wawa Innovation Networks (WINs) play a key role in giving every associate a way to make a positive impact, and each WIN group is sponsored by a member of our Executive leadership team. WINs are voluntary, associate-led groups that help to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace aligned with Wawa’s mission, values, goals, and business objectives. Wawa’s 5 WINs include: Rainbow Alliance, Unity Alliance, Veterans Alliance, Women’s Alliance, and Young Professionals, and to date, we have roughly 9,000 associates across Wawa who currently participate.

WINs focus on the development of future leaders, increased associate engagement, and help to expand Wawa’s marketplace reach. Through WIN programs and initiatives specifically tailored to address areas of opportunity identified by WIN membership, Wawa is able to create a more equitable and inclusive organization for all associates.
