About New Canvassing Experience
We're a Face-to-Face fundraising/canvassing agency connecting donors and the causes they are passionate about. We do this by talking to people and telling stories on behalf of some of the world’s best-loved nonprofit organizations like Save the Children; Oxfam America; The Nature Conservancy, the ASPCA; the ACLU and Doctors Without Borders.
At NCE we focus on recruiting and selecting the right people and giving them the best training we know how to. We designed a compensation plan to ensure that our canvassers are among the best paid in the world, with a living basic wage and a generous bonus structure wholly based on quality metrics. We also provide health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, career development opportunities.
All of our Canvassers are employed members of staff. We wouldn’t entrust any conversation to independent contractors.
