About 180 Degrees
For fifty years, 180 Degrees has helped Minnesota youth and adults break the cycle of trauma caused by poverty, racism, mass incarceration, homelessness and sex trafficking. We provide tools and support to help build stronger, brighter more resilient communities.

A fast-growing, $6 million social service agency, 180 Degrees is on the cutting-edge of developing and implementing programs to serve youth and adults experiencing homeless, trafficking, and mass incarceration. With locations around the state, we seek the brightest and the best to join our highly diverse teams.

Life skills and academic experience are valued equally. We hire people without academic credentials who share life experiences similar to our clients. We also hire people with academic and career experience in social work, psychology, criminal justice, and non-profit management. What’s most important is your commitment to learning, growing, and being part of a team. At 180 Degrees you’ll get on a career path and have opportunities to build new skills through training, certification, and a supportive team culture.

The State of Minnesota recognized 180 Degrees has surpassing other employers in hiring a diverse workforce. BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ are encouraged to apply.

180 Degrees is looking for dedicated and committed individuals interested in turning lives around to ensure safer communities. Our organization is highly diverse and includes individuals with all sorts of life experiences. Plus, we like to have fun! Check us out at: 180degrees.org
