Over a century ago, our founder, John Fabick Sr., set out to “build the greatest service organization of its kind”. To achieve this goal, he adopted the motto, “To Ever Serve Our Customers Better” which remains the foundation of our organization today.
Currently, members of the Fabick family’s third, fourth, and fifth generations work together under the active leadership of Jeré Fabick, as Chairman, CEO and Dealer Principal along with John Fabick IV serving as President. What makes Fabick Cat unique is not only its size but its outstanding people, support, and facilities bound together by the single concept of total service capability for the equipment owner.

HEALTH INSURANCE
- Eligible employees can choose from a robust selection of medical, dental, prescription drug and vision plans with coverage levels tailored to suit individuals or families. - Short and Long-Term Disability insurance is provided to employees at no cost.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
- Employees who refer a new employee to Fabick Cat, who then stays with the company for at least six months, are rewarded with a cash bonus.
