AAA Club Alliance is the result of AAA Mid-Atlantic and AAA Allied Group joining together to better provide for our clients. Our Contact Center Associates are patient, empathetic, and hard-working individuals who serve as the first point of contact for our Members. They work to go beyond our Members’ expectations to ensure they are well cared for throughout their member journey. As part of this team you will leverage our services and technology to work with customers directly and offer them piece of mind. In return, we provide a robust benefit package, work from home options, career development opportunities, and a collaborative team in order for you to have a fulfilling career at AAA.
Travel Agents
When many agencies are losing out to online self-booking sites, we are growing! AAA is the largest leisure travel agency in the country, and nothing can replace the knowledge, expertise, and experience that our agents bring to our customers and Members. Do you have a passion for travel? New agents can benefit from the multitude of training opportunities that will launch their career into the realm of a destination specialist. Established agents will enjoy working in a supportive, team-based environment. And all of our travel agents will benefit from our 100% paid FAM policy!
Insurance Agents
Great insurance agents know how to listen and empathize with clients in order to discern what they really want and exceed their expectations. Our insurance agents are non-captive and can work with a wide array of products in order to tailor packages for each of our Members. As an Associate at AAA, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, make an impact upon the business, and build connections with talented teammates like yourself!
Technicians
As a Technician you will have the opportunity to provide various car services on our Members’ vehicles. We offer career development that allows you to grow your skillset and work on an variety of services within the automotive industry. You will work alongside a supportive team to help achieve shop performance goals. AAA provides real-world experiences through our internship programs. Coffee runs not included. As an intern, you make real decisions, focus on real work, and initiate real results.
- Each program is designed to learn key skills tied to your area of interest while learning what it’s like to work
at an organization who empowers their people.
- Each intern is assigned a mentor who will offer career guidance and feedback throughout the program. The
relationship developed during the program continues long after the program ends.
- A percentage of our interns are hired full-time with AAA after they graduate. We believe in promoting from
within and our internship program is a great way for students to get their foot in the door at AAA!
