- PR Development Program:

Prosek’s Public Relations Development Program is designed for recent college graduates who are interested in starting a career in the public relations industry. We refer to participants in this program as Prosek Apprentices.

This full-time, paid development program allows for people who are new to the industry to gain practical experience and exposure to day-to-day agency work while participating in ongoing professional development sessions. We partner our Apprentices with a manager, mentor and media buddy to help them prioritize their work, navigate the financial media landscape and learn from their colleagues. On top of the learning experiences it affords our Apprentices, Prosek’s PR Development Program is an important hiring conduit for the firm. Apprentices are hired with an eye toward full-time employment.

- Orange University:

We tap the best internal experts to teach a variety of workshops that focus on both soft and technical skills. These occur year-round and are recorded for future reference. We also have a resident “Professor” who designates “office hours” each week to help our staff navigate questions related to the business of our clients and the work we do for them.
