Our people
We’re passionate that our workforce reflects the communities we work in and the people we support. And we value the different skills, knowledge and experience that different people bring to our roles.

Our employees come from all works of life and have a range of skills and experience. While they’re all different, the one thing they have in common is their passion and dedication to working with people and changing lives.

Join us and you’ll be part of a diverse team of like-minded individuals who play a vital role in the community and prisons.
Working in probation
The role of a probation officer is rewarding but can be challenging – as you often work with people with complex needs, and no two people are the same.

Working with people on probation in the community and in prisons, you’ll support them to get back on track and turn their lives around.

If you don’t have a Professional Qualification in Probation (PQiP) but are interested in working with offenders, you could work as a probation services officer or in one of our Community Payback roles.
