Headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, with domestic contact center facilities in Oregon and Montana, and international locations in Mexico and Poland, we provide a wide range of call center and business process solutions to industries that include high tech, startups, mobile commerce, wireless, telecom, finance, insurance, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality, and various sectors of the new economy. Our communitiesUnlike many outsourcers who ship jobs overseas or who build massive call centers in large cities, FCR has created a paradigm shift in the outsourcing industry. We focus on building centers in smaller and more rural communities where we can have a more positive impact and a closer relationship with the people, businesses, and organizations that support each of our locations. Our strategy is to keep our call centers in smaller “pod-sized” facilities so that we can keep business on a personal level with both our clients and our colleagues.
