Ideal Concepts, Inc. is pleased to announce that American Insurance Organization (AIO) has been named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row! Ideal Concepts, Inc. also made the 2017 list. The Inc. 5000 list, put out annually by Inc. Magazine, ranks the country’s top 5000 fastest-growing private companies, according to percentage revenue growth over a 3-year period.
With a more than 727% jump in revenue from 2013 to 2016, AIO is ranked in the top 12% of all listed companies, is considered #9 among insurance-related businesses nationwide, and is ranked #13 of all Pennsylvania companies listed. Ideal Concepts achieved a 522% growth over this period, putting it in the top 17% of companies nationwide.
To qualify for the annual Inc. 5000 list, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by January 2013, and be able to show three full calendar years of sales. Additionally, qualifying companies must be U.S. based and privately held. Revenue in 2013 must have reached $100,000, and revenue in 2016 must have been at least $2 million.
AIO and Ideal Concepts are included in the “Insurance Companies” category, which covers a wide assortment of business concentrations including all aspects of insurance business, and all lines of insurance. Insurance carriers, adjusters, warrantors, as well as property & casualty lines of insurance marketers, among a plethora of other types of companies, are included in this category. Of the top ten companies listed in this vastly varied category, AIO had the third highest revenue for 2016.

Ideal Concepts, Inc. started in the insurance sales and technology industry in 2005 under the leadership of founder and President, John Pequeno. As a graduate of Lehigh University, with an advanced degree in computer engineering, John decided to use his technology expertise to revolutionize one of the least technologically advanced industries in the world, the insurance industry.
We developed our first product in 2005 with the launch of iWebQuotes.com, an insurance marketing website. The purpose of the service was to connect clients looking for health and life insurance with experienced agents who could review the options with them.
As iWebQuotes.com became successful, we built strong relationships with many agents and agencies in the business, and it quickly became evident that there was a void in insurance sales technology. Agents needed technology which could facilitate selling insurance to clients over the phone and internet. This led to the launch of American Insurance Organization (AIO) in 2007. AIO is an Insurance Marketing Organization, which partners with Insurance Carriers and the Insurance Agents in order to facilitate the sales process to the actual clients who are purchasing insurance.
In 2014, Ideal Concepts launched our newest marketing and sales solution technology, SalesRadix. For the first time ever in the insurance industry, SalesRadix provides a turnkey sales solution. Our technology gives agents the highest quality leads, an advanced marketing system, a customer relationship manager and access to our private health exchange. We believe that an agent should focus on what they are best at, which is sales, while we manage all of the administrative work, marketing, and technology for them.

Over 400 business professionals attended the awards ceremony, held at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, PA.
