Nothing demonstrates the impact of diversity as powerfully as a personal story. Taking the time to listen and learn more from one another is one of the most inclusive things any of us do. In 2018 PG&E began a storytelling campaign that continues today. More than 300 employees at all levels have participated. Above is a powerful example and look for more to be added on a regular basis. Yesterday –PG&E Employee Networks began as early pioneers, dating back almost five decades, creating an environment where every employee could feel welcome at the company. A spirit of belonging is in our DNA.
