Our vertically integrated business model means we provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience across every brand touchpoint. Retail careers are available nationwide; we have more than 600 stores and are in all 50 states. Our team of home delivery technicians is also located nationwide. Customer service roles are primarily located in New Orleans, Louisiana with support roles in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Corporate support functions -- like Marketing, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering and Information Technology -- are located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
We have manufacturing facilities in Irmo, South Carolina and Salt Lake City, Utah as well as an assembly distribution center in Baltimore, Maryland. Sleep Number Labs, our product research and development facility is located in Silicon Valley.
