Republic Airways offers a comprehensive benefit package for Associates that includes healthcare, retirement, discount programs and even travel perks!
Travel Privileges: One of the best reasons to consider a career in the airlines are the travel benefits. At Republic, our Associates have the ability to fly free (or at a reduced rate) on each of our partners--American, Delta and United. We also have travel alliances with nearly 50 other airlines. The Associate can include eligible family members on their travel benefits as well. All travel related privileges are subject to applicable requirements and other restrictions.
Medical Benefits: Associates are able to enroll in one of our excellent Company-sponsored health plans within 30 days from hire. The plans are offered through Anthem and provide access to their extensive network of leading health care providers. We offer a choice between a traditional PPO or a consumer driven health plan (CDHP) that includes a Company HSA contribution of $850 for Associate Only coverage or $1,700 for Associate +1/Family coverage.
Dental Benefits: Dental coverage through MetLife is available for all eligible Associates 30 days from hire. Associates can choose between the Standard Dental Plan (provides comprehensive dental coverage and is paid in full by Republic Airline for Associate Only coverage) or pay the difference in cost to enroll in the Dental Plus plan (provides a higher annual coverage maximum and orthodontic care for children).
Vision Benefits: The vision plan offered by Republic Airline provides Associates and their families with Company-paid vision care 30 days from hire. Associates can choose between two options, both are through Anthem BCBS and both are available at no cost to the Associate and to all eligible dependents.
Retirement: We offer a competitive 401(k) retirement program through Charles Schwab. Associates may contribute up to 90% of their income on a pre-tax basis up to the annual IRS maximum. Upon your enrollment, the Company will begin matching 100% for the first 3% that you contribute to the plan. Contributions made by Republic Airline are vested immediately, and the match grows with your tenure at the organization.
Other Benefits: We also offer voluntary short and long-term disability, an employee discount program, an employee assistance program, commuter benefits for eligible employees, Company-paid life insurance and more.

In summer 2017, Republic Airways announced a new department within the Company: Corporate and Community Responsibility (CCR).
Republic has historically collaborated with dozens of organizations on community outreach and philanthropy initiatives, but with this new department, we can increse the work we do with charitable partners and create new opportunities for our employees to get involved in their local communities.
One of our most notable annual fundraisers is the Pulling for Wishes Plane Pull, which we have sponsored for the past seven years. This event has grown each year, earning more than $500,000 in 2017, and provides much needed support to the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund, Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, and Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
Republic has also provided help and support during natural disasters like Hurricanes Katrina, Harvey and Irma with evacuation flights as well as delivering supplies and aid.
