Automotive Technicians are integral to the Firestone team, helping to service the customer’s vehicles from top to bottom.Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive parts including brakes, alignment, suspension, cooling and electrical. Responsibilities range from oil and/or transmission fluid changes, filter changes, installation and tire maintenance, as well as installation for batteries, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and electrical system checks.Experience in the automotive service industry is preferred, but not mandatory. Applicants and qualifying individuals must have a valid driver’s license at all times.

Our Customer Service teammates are the first people that our customers see when they walk in the door. All of our Customer Service roles focus on serving the customer, while assessing their needs – from recommending appropriate productions and services, communicating with our technicians and ensuring end-to-end satisfaction and timely completion of services.

For those wanting to take a deeper dive into the automotive world, we have a Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) role that also performs entry-level vehicle services. Successful individuals in this role will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting with the customer and efficiently completing basic vehicle services as required.

The Store Manager serves as the leader for most needs within the Firestone store and greater team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to – building customer service and loyalty; driving store sales and promotions; managing payroll, budgets & store goals; understanding tire sourcing and the competitor landscape; record keeping and maintaining relevant financial information; managing scheduling & allocating staff based on skill level; attending paid training to stay informed on new developments within the industry; and most importantly, creating results for customers, teammates and the overall company.A 2-year college degree or equivalent is preferred. Management experience and success in the retail sector required.
