About ComeOn
Kickin’ it in the iGaming industry since 2008 we want to be the company that understands the full scope of the iGaming industry, providing a great user experience with up-to-date technology and meaningful brands to us, our customers and our partners.
In order for us to do so we have found a combination of super awesome people with super awesome skills, whom we get to work with everyday. We come in many shapes and sizes, from east to west, north to south. We have different backgrounds, different skills and different opinions! We have bad days and we have good days. Some of us like to run, some prefer to let their FIFA team do the running. Some believe in god and some believe in the rubber duck on their desk. All these differences are valuable, it helps us get perspective, learn new stuff and solve whatever challenge we are faced with.
We spend a lot of time in the office so it’s no wonder we want the experience to be nice and well thought out. Everyone may have different needs to create awesome stuff and this is why we equip our offices with a wide range of areas where you can work alone or together, sitting, standing or laying down, whatever rocks your boat!
We like to do things our way, the ComeOn Group way, always exploring how we can improve. We are people of many talents from all over the globe. We are casual but damn good at what we do. We are always up for a challenge or a funny gif.

We are ComeOn!
Really and truly there’s no magic answer to getting a job with us, and perhaps these tips will help with any role you go for, and not just if applying for your dream job at ComeOn! Resonating with us, while reading our job ads is already a good sign :) Understanding the ad is key - is it all clear to you? Is it perhaps not so much at first, but once you googled that keyword it then made sense, perfect! We love a little curiosity and that goes a long way here.
You’ve read the ad, you really want to apply and get cracking on the cover letter and tailoring your CV. The cover letter should not be something you dread - this is your chance to make a good first impression and really show us why you want the role! A genuine, honest and humble approach will likely score you lots of points (hypothetically speaking, we don’t use scorecards). See where the gap is and give us an idea why we should speak with you about this role and what you can bring. No need for novels, being straight to the point will make it more likely we contact you back for a video call. The CV needs to be tailored by focusing on the roles and experience that will help you with the role you are applying for. If they don’t, mention them but there’s no need to go into massive detail. Should you have some gaps just let us know why, be it travel, a sabbatical or personal projects, everyone has their unique story.
We then invite you to a video call with our HR team members, to get to know you and you get to know us. We also want to understand where you are coming from, see if you understood the role, and answer any of your initial questions. It’s a casual conversation after all. This doesn’t mean you rock up in your pajamas, or without fixing your hair, being fresh is essential in person, or on video. The next stage may vary, but it can be an office meet up face to face or an assignment, in that order or the other way around. Interviews at the office generally involve the line manager you will report to, who will ask more detailed questions about your experience, assignment, etc. We remind people to not suit up as we are a casual dressed office, and don’t want you to feel out of place.
The last thing before we offer, is asking for references from at least two people you have previously worked with (ideally from different companies). Everyone has references, be it your first real job, you may have volunteered and can ask someone from there, or maybe you can ask your professor or teacher. As long as someone can vouch for you in a capacity of work or study, then that would help us. If your previous company refuses to give a reference perhaps a colleague or ex-colleague can give you a personal reference, we accept these too. This is a bit of a formality but we do love to hear good things about the people we’re about to take on, so do send them quick when we ask you for them.
This is then followed by an offer and ‘et voila’, we look forward to welcoming you on board!
