At Grubhub, we believe in the importance of serving the communities that support our business.  In addition, employees are given paid time off each year to use as volunteer hours to support causes that are important to them.   Some examples of Grubhub’s social initiatives include:

Ending the Food Disparity : Through our Donate the Change program and our donations from unused employee meal perks, Grubhub has already donated over $9M to No Kid Hungry, NYC Kids RISE, the James Beard Foundation, and the American Red Cross Disaster Relief.

Women in Food: Grubhub developed RestaurantHER and, in partnership with our customers, contributed $1MM toward scholarships and resources to help advance women in the culinary industry.  We also support the James Beard Foundation, promoting greater equality in the restaurant industry, and consults with the organization to scale their Women’s Entrepreneur Leadership program.

Equality for All:  Grubhub is proud to donate meals to Trinity Place Shelter, helping homeless young LGBTQ people in New York safely transition from the shelter system.  

How you can help: Grubhub is proud to host a charity donation program which matches contributions, up to $1,000 per year, made by regular full-time employees.
