About Seminole Gaming
The Seminole Tribe has long been recognized for innovation in its gaming and other businesses. It opened the first high-stakes bingo hall and casino in the United States in 1979. That facility was the forerunner of the Indian Gaming movement throughout North America. Analysts believe today’s Seminole Tribe operates one of the most profitable gaming enterprises in the world. In March 2007, the Seminole Tribe of Florida acquired Hard Rock International, the first transaction of its kind by an Indian tribe.
Hard Rock International is one of the most globally recognized music, entertainment, leisure and dining brands with a network of signature Hard Rock Cafes, hotels and casinos in 50 countries, it includes the world’s largest collection of authentic music memorabilia. Also in their portfolio is the finest restaurant at any ballpark in America. NYY Steak at Yankee Stadium is a joint venture of the New York Yankees LLC and Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment, parent company of Hard Rock International.
In addition to its two Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, the Seminole Tribe owns and operates five other Seminole Casinos; in Coconut Creek and Hollywood on the Southeast coast, in Immokalee near Naples, on the Brighton Reservation north of Lake Okeechobee and on the Big Cypress Reservation south of Lake Okeechobee.

Seminole Hard Rock continues the Love All, Serve All legacy through the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, which works to integrate inclusion into daily business operations and critical business decisions.
Diversity is a recognition of differences while leveraging those differences to produce stellar results.
Equity is a process of seeking fairness through deliberate and intentional actions.
Inclusion occurs when everyone feels they have the freedom and comfort to express their thoughts, ideas, and opinions in a safe, trusting, and open environment.
To address the needs of all team members – including Native Americans, women, the LGBTQ community, people of color (BIPOC), people with disabilities, and veterans – we work to build equitable policies, programs and practices based on a framework of people, culture and stakeholders.
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives can be explore through Our People, Our Culture, and Our Stakeholders.

Tribal Career Development Program
Seminole Tribal Members are invited to participate in a Tribal Career Development Program designed to build business skills, develop leadership capabilities, and give Tribal Members access to senior leaders. The aim is to increase tribal representation at all levels of the organization and provide the tools necessary for upward mobility.
Reinforcing our message that everyone is a leader, including individual contributors, Tribal Team Members (TTMs) will be able to pursue a career path on 3 distinct tracks: Career Track, Expert Track, and Emerging Leader Track, as well as an option for an Introductory Track to those new to the workforce.
Each track will have performance management system, rewards for completion, and a robust alumni network to keep learning and connections past program completion. This flagship leadership development program provides career growth for Tribal Team Members at all levels of career growth, from early in career to advanced leader.
All Tribal Team Members graduate from the program with extensive experience in programs like Managing Difficult Conversations, Negotiations, Presentation Skills, Cultural Awareness and Impact, and every program is designed to increase self- awareness, emotional intelligence, and build on the skills that will take their career to the next level. Their customized career journey is theirs to guide, with the dedicated TCD Team to support them in attaining their professional goals.
